At Pandora Nails & Beauty our aim is to help you feel calm and relaxed. We offer a warm welcome and personal approach to our wide variety of treatments.

 

Our therapists are all highly qualified and we use only the very best products in our salon to ensure the best results from our treatments.

Our Policy:

We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit to secure your booking when the service is above $80 which may be paid over the telephone using your debit or credit card.

 

SMS Booking Appointment Confirmation:

A confirmation SMS is sent out the day before as a reminder of your appointment.

 

Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.

 

Your right to cancel:

Please accept our salon policy at the time for booking an appointment with us we will require 50% deposit of treatment above $80 for your appointment, please note that we have allocated this booking specifically for you, cancelling at the last minute or a no show is very costly not just to the business to another client that would have loved this appointment.

No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We employ the very best therapist and we invest a great deal in further educating them. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate the introduction of our new Booking and cancellation policy. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request a day before notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don't provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.


 

How to cancel or change your appointment:

Cancellations should be made by calling us on 03 8589 1877. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - you may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. If you have an email address registered with us, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

Gift vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only at salon from Tuesday to Sunday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.as for packaging or promotion voucher, service must be received as promotion requirement. 

Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Unless is a Packages Voucher. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers - which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).We require all gift vouchers need to be booked before at least 24h. we don't take any walk in.

 

Our right to cancel:

If a therapist/nail technician is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone - where possible.

 

Refund/Exchange:

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems. This is strictly within 7 days of your visit.

 We don’t take any responsible for any changing mind (Nail color, eyelash sizes, …. Or any products/Services that you chose by yourself). A full price will be applied if you want the service to be redone.

 

Your file:

You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.

 

Mobile Phones:

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the full duration of Facial/Body Treatment at the salon.

 

Children:

Please understand that we can cannot accommodate for children under 12 - unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

  Personal Items:
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the salon.

 

Privacy policy:

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it secure and we will fully comply with all consumer legislation.

 

Payment:

All prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our website.

We accept: Cash, Master Card, Visa, Debit Card, EFTPOS. There is $1 surcharge for Credit Card and 5% surcharge for AMEX.

The total cost of your booking or product is the price as set out on this website. You confirm that the credit, debit card, that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

 

For gift vouchers and products: If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason authorize payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

Health Conditions:
It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries by answering all the questions in our consultation form before your treatment started.

If you refuse to fill out the form, we are sorry that we cannot process any treatment. 

 

Membership Card:

 Spend $35 in one transaction to get one stamp.

 Get 15% off on your 7th visit.

 

  1. Member cards are issued to the person whose name appears on the Card and are not transferable to any other person.

  2. To start earning stamp you must present your Member card to staff when sales transaction is processing. Management or staff members will not be able to search for your details and point can’t be award after the sale is cash through the resister.

  3. Any client who deliberately miss-use or tampering with loyalty card will have it voided by management & staff.

  4. Every $35 spend will receive one stamp, after collecting 6 stamps. You will receive 15% off your service on the 7th visits.

  5. Member card Cannot be exchanged for any other gift voucher.

  6. Member card Not to be redeemed for cash or Purchase product.

  7. Member card Not to be used as a deposit.

  8. Member Card must be used by the expiry date indicated on the Loyalty card.

  9. Member card Will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
